Disbursement of Loan:
SCAs are required
to submit demand as per approved Annual Action Plan. Proposal of
SCAs are examined in the Corporation in view of the following
facts:
i)
Satisfactory utilization of earlier funds,
ii) Satisfactory
recovery of loan against dues,
iii) Availability
of BGG of adequate amount to cover amount of loan,
iv) Availability
of funds with NBCFDC. On the basis of fulfillment of above
requirement. Loans are disbursed to SCAs for further
disbursement to beneficiaries.
(IV) Recruitment & Promotion:
The Corporation
has its Recruitment & Promotion Rules approved by Board of
Directors which is applicable on the employees of the
Corporation. The copies of R&P Rules are available in the manual
of the Corporation.
(V) Printing,
Stationery Procurement etc.:
Printing &
Stationery Procurements etc. are made after obtaining quotations
from at least three empanelled parties which are opened by the
Committee members. The work order is issued to the lowest quoted
party.
